COSWALL smart switch doesn’t work
Problem:
The switch does not turn on or respond.
Solutions:
Check Live and Neutral wire connection
Make sure power supply is stable
Test the load with a simple lamp
Restart the Zigbee gateway
Device does not connect in the app
Problem:
The Tuya Smart or Smart Life app cannot find the device.
Solutions:
Use a Tuya-compatible Zigbee Gateway
Make sure the gateway uses 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi
Keep the switch close to the gateway
Reset the device and try again
Zigbee switch goes offline
Problem:
The device was added but shows Offline.
Solutions:
Move the switch closer to the Zigbee gateway
Restart the gateway and router
Check Wi-Fi stability on 2.4 GHz
Re-pair the switch if needed
Device cannot enter pairing mode
Problem:
The indicator does not start flashing.
Solutions:
Hold the reset key for 5–10 seconds
Turn power OFF and ON several times
Make sure Neutral wire is connected
Try pairing again through the app
Zigbee device not responding
Problem:
The Zigbee switch does not react to commands.
Solutions:
Check Zigbee gateway connection
Move the device closer to the gateway
Reset and re-add the switch
Check if the device is assigned to the correct room
Power socket is not smart
Problem:
The power socket cannot be controlled in the app.
Solutions:
COSWALL power sockets are traditional devices
Use a COSWALL Zigbee switch to control the socket by wiring
Control the socket through the Zigbee switch in the app
Indicator light behavior is confusing
Problem:
The LED indicator shows different colors.
Solutions:
Blue flashing means pairing mode
Yellow light means OFF state after pairing
White light means ON state
Backlight settings can be changed in the app

All COSWALL Zigbee switches require a Tuya Zigbee Gateway and a Neutral Wire.
Using unsupported apps or incorrect wiring may cause unstable operation.
